Exclamation Snoop Dog almost got shot!

Snoop Dog almost got shot last night in Los Angeles. One of his bodyguards got shot at instead. It's still not clear if they were aiming for Snoop. He better be careful.......

Oh gawd not this again.... Im so sick of ppl in rap having their beefs and thinking they can cure them by shooting someone!

(although the 50 Cent JaRule beef is hilarious, with 50 Cent calling Irv Gotti a muffin eatin teddy bear, and Ashanti a wolf and saying stuff about JaRule.......heheheheeeeeee)

Yeah i heard about Snoop gettin shot at. That's sad news to hear. 50 Cent called Caddilac Tah Mistubishi Tah & he called Black Child Crack Child LOL. He said Ashanti got sideburns & he said if her & Ja Rule make another song together, they're gonna be a group LOL. 50 Cent is a funny dude. I don't even know why Murder Inc has beef with 50 Cent cause 50 Cent will lyrically murder their asses. Ja Rule is so horrible it ain't even funny.

Ok wait, I think Ive figured it out!! LOl

Caddilac Tah is a rapper and from what Ive understood (which is hard to do frankly), 50 Cent doesnt like him. So, evidently he called him Mistubishi Tah as an insult. Wow, if someone called me that I know Id be whipping out the knives!!

I think all these rappers need to quit their pathetic macho posturing and grow up and stop acting like children bickering in a school yard! It's about the music - who cares if you don't like another artist?? If you think they suck then just say they suck - do you really need to try'n kill them??? You don't see behaviour like that amongst artists involved in any other genre of music!
I like Snoop. I'm not a massive rap fan but I like some of his older tracks. He seems like a real mellow guy and he makes me laugh. I think I would actually be a bit bugged if something were to happen to him.
50 Cent on the other hand is nothing but a thug - just cos he's friends with Dre and Eminem doesn't change that. I don't think he has much talent. 'In Da Club' is one of the worst songs I've heard - in any genre - in the past 12 months!
But just cos I dislike 50 Cent doesn't mean I want him dead! I mean, seriously, what is with these rapper guys???!! I just don't understand the mentality there.

I agree with you there, Mossopp.
I guess they think that since they sing risque lyrics, their behavior has to match what they sing or something. Like, they sing about doing something bad, and then they have to do it for their image.

Sad

It's pitiful the way they handle situations. (By killing someone).

If I were him I would get out of the music industry altogether. He has children. I'm afraid all those rappers and artist plus P. Diddy people are next. It's just so sad to me......

Angry re: stupid crap going on in rap

I don't get it either, the penis-measuring contests going on rap which lead to people getting shot or killed have got to STOP. I thought Snoop and Dre and P. Diddley were all in N.W.A. at one time... I've read about the squabbles going on between the guys of Motley Crue, G N' R, Skid Row, Bon Jovi, etc., and the talk of guns NEVER entered the picture. The only time I've heard of murder going on so prevalently in another genre of music was in the Norwegian black metal, such as when Oystein Aarseth (AKA Euronymous) of Mayhem was stabbed to death by Varg Vikernes (AKA Count Grishnachkh) of Burzum in 1993, among other criminal acts. It makes you wonder...

Very true.

I don't see the point in "dissing" another rapper in a song. What is the point? Everyone in the rap biz has some sort of "rivalry" with another artist. All the trash talking and insults.
Is this Pro Wrestling?
I'm sure there are plenty of folks in popular music who don't care for one another, but you don't see pop stars or rock bands ripping each other in thier songs. It's childish.
