Question secret stash....... lol

OK, perhaps you don't wanna answer this (just incase anyone you know happens to read it ) but I'll ask anyway:
Where do you hide all the stuff that you don't want other people to see? You know - like your diary, private letters, notebooks, stuff like that?
My bed has a storage space built into it. Under my bed is totally hollow and there are two sliding doors on the side of it so you can store stuff in it.
Now, I'm not stupid - my mother is a nosey cow and I know for a fact that she goes through my cupboards and drawers. Since I know this, I am not stupid enough to simply hide stuff under my bed cos I know she'll find it. What I do is this:
Under my bed I keep my old bass guitar - it's inside a big guitar case. My mother thinks that my bass is the only thing inside that case - oh, how wrong can she be??!!
I've got everything in there - notebooks, pictures, magazines. My mum would freak if she found that $h!t! But I think it'd be the copies of Diva and Maxim that'd bug her out the most (don't worry people - they're not porn mags, I assure you).
C'mon, come clean - where'd you hide your stuff? I promise not to look!

I live by myself now so I really don't need to hide anything. I keep notebooks and stuff on a small bookcase on the floor in my bedroom closet. With the clothes hanging over it, you can barely notice it. My friends don't go in there and I always close the closet doors whenever company comes. My niece and nephews are the only ones who spend the night and I trust them completely. They're not the nosy type. All my important papers like the deed to the house and stuff like that are in a fireproof safe, not because I don't want anyone to see them, I just don't want then to get ruined.
When I lived at home with my family it was nearly impossible to hide anything. No matter where I hid my money, my mom would always find it and one time my brother took a 100 dollar bill out of my room. He denied it but I know it was him. My sister finally gave me an idea though. I had a big hat that my stepmother made for me hanging on my bedroom wall and she told me to hide my money in that and my mom never even thought to look there.

*my journal is under the jewelry box on the lowest of the shelves next to my closet door.
*i keep old letters/notes/etc that i dont want others reading in a Godiva chocolate box in my bookshelf.

other places:
-this gaudy bag my aunt got me (it seriously looks like a prostitutes purse)
-inside my copy of gone with the wind (its amazing the things ive found that i put in there over the years...)
-drawers under my bed
-bottom of the laundrey basket that i keep stuffed animals in
-in an old teapot on my window sill

ok now im never inviting any of you people over!!!!!!!

I used to hide stuff in a Monopoly box. It was genius. No one ever plays Monopoly at my house. It's inconspicuous. The perfect crime.

I used to hide stuff that I didn't want people to find under my bed then I got caught with something that I shouldn't have had. Now I just hide my stuff in the glove compartment in my car.

Either in my drawers in between notebooks (I have millions of them so it's hard to tell which ones actually have writing in them that I don't want people to see), saved on my computer with a password, even though it's my computer I'm still worried people may try and find stuff, or in this hat box I have at the top of my closet.

I keep like EVERYTHING on my mail waiting to be sent file. And then the non-computer stuff....well...I usually keep my door closed so ppl aren't going in my room...but my Eminem cds are in my bottom drawer, wrapped in a sweatshirt stuffed at the bottom. And that's all I pretty much have to hide. I stick a lot of stuff in my closet.

Computer- they wouldn't freak, but they'd look at me weird. No prono or anything, just stuff I've written that goes a little too far into my mind.

Car- yeah, I've hidden stuff in there.

Under the bed- used to anyway.

Random drawers

I honestly don't think my folks go thru my stuff. I've never given them a reason to.
