Was the word 'clunky' used in the dialogue on the show, or did I make that up? I say yes, my husband says no. Help me!

I think you may mean "Lumpy" -
As in Lumpy Rutherford, a friend of Wally`s...... |

Well, I do appreciate your input. I am familiar with Lumpy. What I am referring to would be an adjective, maybe; "That Judy is nothing but a 'clunky' girl"!
