The Exorcist is one of my top 5 favorite films of all time!
I must get it on dvd soon. So I understand they're making another movie. A prequel this time.

And what'd you think of the theatrical re-release a couple of years ago w/ deleted scenes & 'extras' added?
It was cool to see it on the big screen for the 1st time, but I wasn't digging the added orchestration. In the original, I think part of what made it creepy was the lack of background music to "give away" scary scenes. And I think the computer 'enhancments' were unnecessary. They *shoulda* just added the old deleted scenes, improved the sound maybe (despite it winning best sound) & that's it.
