I think the silliest one was Lucy wants to go to Scotland. For one thing they put Ricky in a kilt! Fred and Ethel play the two-headed dragon who wants to eat the last McGuillicudy which of course is Lucy!

I totally agree with you! Seeing poor Vivian Vance and William Frawley in that ridiculous two-headed dragon costume is almost too much to take. Ugh!!

------------------
Lucy: "Ever since we said 'I do' there are so many things we don't."

Lucy : "That must be my dear friend Ethel. I'll open the door, Fred."
Fred : "Open it?! I was going to lock it!"

Lucy : "Gee, did you hear that, honey? It's going to be called "Bitter Grapes." I wonder what part they want me for."
Fred : "Oh, you're probably going to be one of the bunch."

"Lucy Is Envious" gets my vote. I think the scene where Lucy & Ethel are dressed up and are talking like martians is SO funny for some reason. "ZEEK! GRAPICH! It's a moo-moo!"

One that comes to mind is the episode when Fred and Ethel fight, which causes Lucy and Ricky to fight and so Lucy pretends to be injured just when Ricky pretends that the building is on fire so that he can rush in and save his wife. Lucy trying to walk quickly in that cast without bending her legs as she's throwing her Henna rinse out the window and eventually herself as well is just too much for me to take. I usually laugh to the point where my face hurts with that one.

Any episode where Lucy wears such a poor disguise that anyone can recognize her . . . anyone, that is, except her own husband. That mostly happened in season one. Probably the best example of this is "The Amateur Hour" where Lucy's face was barely covered (just glasses and a dark mustache), and even that bright red hair of hers was well exposed.

I think the silliest and most UNLUCY LIKE was "Lucy Goes To Scotland". This was horrible in my opinion.

You are so right! That always bugged me, too. Even in the first episode, "The Girls Go To A Nightclub," Lucy just has a black wig on and her teeth blacked out, and Ethel just has a pair of glasses on, but otherwise neither of them looked that different. Were we expected to believe that their husbands were so stupid that they couldn't recognize their own wives?
