How come Wings is not closed-captioned on N@N? It was always close-captioned before when it was on USA. I've noticed other TV shows and networks that don't always use closed-captioning. I thought there was a law that everything on TV had to be close-captioned now. Isn't there?
P.S. I know I mentioned Wings, but this is really a general question. How come some things are close-captioned and others aren't? Also, how come what is said on captioning isn't always what is said out loud? I've noticed lots in inconsistencies in closed-captioning between what is said and what is captioned. |

Maybe it's everything produced after a certain year. I really don't know. But I have noticed that annoying second observation you made. What's up with that?? It's like either a) The captioning people are lazy and abbreviate things, or b) they're reading a different script. I feel sorry for people that really cannot hear.
