Default Kramer character Inconsistency

In one episode, when Elaine asked Kramer how long does he take in the shower Kramer replied that he takes bathes. On another episode where the showers lost pressure Jerry asked Kramer why doesn't he just take a bath and Kramer replied that he doesnt like to take a bath because micro-ogranisms are having sex all around him and its like bathing in your own filth. Make up your mind Kramer.

There was also the jockey shorts. In episode Kramer says that he only wears jockey shorts, but in a couple of other episodes, where he takes his pants off, he's wearing boxers.

Hi there! This is my first post....Go easy on me
Well Kramer says that he takes baths,ok and after he says micro organisms are having sex all around him, Jerry says something like "well, you used to sit in that hottub" and kramer replies "well that was super heated water-Nothing could live in there"
So maybe when Elaine asked him why he doesnt take a shower, maybe he meant he sat in a hottub, ("I take baths") Thus saving the reputation of the kramer character.
Oh ****, nevermind you guys are right-but I gave it a shot!

I know the story behind it but here is one anyways. On the first episode ever Kramer's name is Kesler (sp).

What about Krammer and cable. In the "Baby Shower" he is getting illegal cable. But in "The Catillac", he is trying to avoid the cable mane.

Yeah, but he's trying to avoid him because of the illegal cable, so that's really consistent.

Also in an early episode where George has his tonsils taken out, Kramer takes him to this holistic healer, who told him to start taking cold showers. Kramer said, "I'm on the cold showers, too" or somthing like that.

Then a few seasons later, Kramer has the garbage disposal installed in his shower, where you can see steam coming up from the water.

Yeah this is way too picky, but it's just somthing I noticed.

Default Coma

In one of the early episodes Jerry and Kramer's neighbor goes into a coma and then comes out of it a whort while later. In one of the later episodes Kramer watches a movie about a lady in a coma and puts Elaine in charge of his life should he go into a coma. He then finds out the lady comes out of the coma and is completely surprised to learn this is possible and tells Jerry he did not know you could come out of a coma.

But with all the times he gets hit on the head I guess his memory is not to great.

I think he was avoiding the cable guy just to make a point about how the cable people always keep us waiting for them to show up. I don't think he had illegal cable in that episode. I think he just had an appointment to get cable hooked up or fixed.

Another thing is, on the episode where Jerry keeps shaving his chest, the part where Jerry says "Oh, that's an old-wive's tale", Kramer goes "Is it?". Then he backs up, takes his robe off, and Jerry (but not us) sees Kramer's extremely hairy chest. But we see Kramer's chest a few times throughout the run of the show, and it isn't as bad as they make it seem in that episode.

that's not an inconsistency. TV shows sometimes change little things like that, after the first episode. They also changed the shows title. The pilot was called "The Seinfeld Chronicales"

I think that is a true inconsistency Baller. Either the guys chest is bear-like or it isnt, it shouldn't be "changed". Maybe he recently shaved in those other episodes which is why it didnt look to bad??

I thought that the Seinfeld Chronicles / 1st episode was cancelled and then they added the women (Elaine) and came back with the series like a year or so later. That is what they parodied on the show when the fake NBC guys were saying a woman was needed in the show.
