Angry TV Land needs Ozzie & Harriet

I'd really like to see TV land put "The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet" on. 435 episodes should keep them busy for awhile.

I wouldn't mind seeing them again. Gee that show could go 2 years on tv land if all episodes were seen.

I AGREE! But I think this show would be better on The Hallmark Channel. I would love to see it somewhere!!

I wish one of the two would pick up the episodes. Funny thing is, when watching O & H while it was on a local low-powered station, it seemed so much funnier than, say, "Father Knows Best" or "The Donna Reed Show" and had that certain charm to it. Luckily, some prints of the show have been released on DVD, but it would sure be nice to be able to see more than these ten episodes over and over again.

With a catalog of 400 plus episodes, this sure would be a good addition to TV Land, and would lend itself well to one of their marathons. While I enjoy "Leave it to Beaver" as much as anyone, it would be nice if TV Land aired something other than it, "Gilligan's Island" and "The Munsters" ad nauseum.

I don't know why TV Land and/or Nick-at-Night haven't bought the rights to that show. I would love to see that show since I grew up with it living in Miami as a child in the 80's.

You grew up with O&H in the 1980s. ? Funny! You're way too young to remember the original series that aired in the 1950s and 1960s, but am glad you did see it in reruns. Us "old-timers" still want to see all the episodes again on TV Land, Nick@nite or Hallmark. You "youngens" missed watching Ricky grow up and start singing when R&R started, or close to it.

Back in the 80's, the Disney Channel used to air Ozzie & Harriet reruns. I remember seeing that show since I was a kid.

Yes I would like to see Ozzie and Harriet on either TV Land or the Hallmark channel. I've only seen a few of the episodes, and I would love to see Ricky singing on the show. I think they should start with the episodes from the season in which Ricky first starts singing. The older ones were probably good, too, but the episodes in which Ricky is a teenager would probably be more popular with viewers.

If I'm not mistaken, wasn't Ozzie & Harriet shown on the Screen Jems Network at one time. This was several years ago.

TV Land (and other stations) cater to younger people and they think no one but us old fogies (baby boomers) remember shows from the 50's. That's why you'll never see 50's shows, other than the few we see now, on any channel. I remember there was a network called Christian Broadcasting Network, which got bought out by some other station and in the 80's they showed Ann Sothern, Topper, Love That Bob, and others. I recorded some of them but not enough and the ones I did record aren't very good copies cause I recorded them in SLP to save tape (tapes were expensive then! Oh, to go back in time!

I remember that Pater. THere was a station that had on The Ann Sothern show and the other Sothern show Katie. I thought that show was good. I'd love to see those old late 50 shows again.
