I think it would be a good 'pitch' for a pilot for WB, since they have done returning classics such as 'Family Affair' and now 'The Courtship of Eddie's Father'. I think they should attempt to revive 'Julia'.

Don't you think it would be interesting if they devolved an updated version of this series, and Halle Berry could play 'Julia'. Her husband could have died in the war, and she would work as a nurse helping injured soldiers and patients, in Los Angeles. Other current shows haven't really haven't touched the war, so it would be interesting. Maybe Diahann Caroll could make a cameo, possibly as a next door neighbor or as Julia's mom.

I think it might open the door again for Halle Berry, and maybe show what it takes for an independent widow, who works as a single mother and has a job of her own.

Very interesting remake idea. I dont think it would ever happen though. Also, it wouldnt be as " powerful" and " groundbreaking" as it was 30 years ago
