WOW, talk about some awesome news related to '80s sitcoms!!
I knew this about 4 years ago originally, but completely forgot about it since HotC was NOwhere to be seen (and I haven't seen it since it originally aired, until now). Then when I remarked to him on the phone night that I was watchin' this, he made a remark about Khrystyne in a "datey" way, and I was like, "WHAT? ", and then I remembered that I had TOTALLY forgotten he told me this those several years ago!Okay, so my brother-in-law is 30 and was born and rasied in CO (he met my sister here in KY and they're livin' here). Anyway, he grew up with skiing bein' a HUGE part of his life, and every year they have this celebrity thingy there (I think it's Vale), where some come to ski. He's met Jean Smart, he says Tiny Yothers could not ski at all (lol), and that's where he met Khrystyne. He was in high school at the time---I think a sophomore---and they dated for a li'l while. He said that at the movie theater where he worked, Brian Robbins came over there to meet him, cause he wanted to meet the guy who was datin' Khrystyne! lol! Anyway, Sean and Khrystyne dated while HotC was on the air (how cool!!), but they kinda fizzled out after some time (no big juicy "break-up" drama or gossip). He's not sure if he has any letters or pictures left from her, but if anything turns up, I'll be sure and let you fellow HotC fans know. ![]() Last time I was out to eat with him and my sister, I said to Tara, "You beat 'Simone'!", and Sean " "ed. LOL!

That is so cool. Talk about a few degrees of separation there.
It probably was a typo...but Tiny Yothers?! That cracked me up. |

Wow, this is too cool...
I was at my sister and brother-in-law's recently visitin' 'em, and my Sean (my brother-in-law) finally found a few "Simone" relics he'd told me about before! They were in a scrapbook he has---turns out he has a picture of them together, and 2 postcards. One was from Europe---I think it was "Bali", maybe?---and she had a handful of TV appearances and projects comin' up (I don't remember where the other one was from). Anyway, it was SOOOO COOL to see that---I'm so glad Sean's saved 'em all these years! Now I get extra thrilled when I see Simone on HotC, I'm like, "My brother-in-law dated you!" ![]()

I don't know if he'd mind or not, but I'll be sure and ask him next time I'm over there!
