In 1956, the I Love Lucy Christmas special was aired. I bought the tape from a video store. They release it every year at Christmastime. I read that TVLAND will air it again, but what I would like to know is if they will air the Mertzes and Ricardos singing around the Christmas tree. You see, there was an old tape I rented and this tape featured a rare 1952 Christmas treat. It was the Ricardos and Mertzes dancing around a Christmas tree singing "Jingle Bells." They later find out that the real Santa is among them and he vanishes when they find that out. This Santa thing was repeated in the 1956 episode, but in the 1956 episode the only "Jingle Bells" you get are from the dulcit tones of Lucy herself, and that's all.
