So far, this is mine (so it may not be the extreme funniest period, but it is to me)...

On yesterday's episode, "The Outsider," everyone is reacting to the Smurf invitations to Janice's party that they received. Jawaharlal walks in, all confused, and being foreign and not knowing about the Smurfs, asks (in his cute accent), "Who is this little blue person?" Cute. All in the delivery.

On the Partners episode I like what Eric says "Nuclear War is not icky. Sitting on a pudding pop is icky." :P
