Hi!
I need help to settle a bet on a line by McBain (Rainier Wolfcastle). McBain is in an office with his boss, who is chewing him out for something or other. Anyway, his boss says something like 'In this deparrtment, we go by the book!' McBain then shoots the book out of his hand and says 'Bye, book.' Right? Well, my boyfriend disagrees, he thinks what McBain says is 'My book', which to me makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It's become quite a heated debate in our home and I'm sick of waiting for that episode to show to settle it! Which is it? Also, does anyone know which episode that was in, the title of the episode or the main story in it? I'll need to find an actual script to prove that I'm right and collect my dues...

I can't remember what episode that scene aired in, but I agree with you that "Bye, book!" is probably correct. Have you tried searching at www.snpp.com

Thanks! That site led to find what episode it was in, so I could find the script. It is 'Bye, book' (of course!). Time to collect!
