I put in applications at two local grocery stores today, trying to get a summer job. I'm really, really hoping that I get called by at least one place...*crosses all available body parts*

I really do appreciate the warning, but I've also heard through the grapevine that working in a grocery store is better than working at a fast-food place, and those are the only other jobs available in my area.

Besides, I applied for bagger. I've done that before, and I sort of liked it.
