Does anyone remember The Game Show "Chain Reaction"
on NBC From January 14, 1980-June 20, 1980 with the hosts
Bill Cullen & Groff Edwards.

I don't remember the NBC version, but I remember the 1986-91 USA Network versions with Blake Emmons and Geoff Edwards.

Did the game show network ever have the right's to Chain Reaction I think it was on the USA Network if I am correct.

I remember that show. The original version was hosted by Bill Cullen. Geoff Edwards filled in for a week when Cullen was subbing for Allen Ludden on Password Plus. This was the first network game show from Bob Stewart to be produced in California after many years in New York.

I liked the revival that aired on USA. It was a simple game that everyone could play along with. Edwards hosted the show, which was produced in Montreal. His announcer/co-host was Rod Chalabois. Before the first season of episodes ended, he would have a "missing link" game, where he would show two words and the first letter of the missing word that related to the other two. Chain Reaction should return to the airwaves some time!

Blake Emmons first hosted the 1986 USA Network series. In the next few months, Geoff Edwards took over for the remainder of the run.
