okay my study habbits are soooo bad. Like I am smart and all but I just don't know how to study for like tests and stuff. We have this final in Biology in 5 weeks and if I don't pass the exam, I don't pass the class. (which isn't fair considering Ia m making a B) Anyway, does anybody have some good studying advice for me?? Please help. Thanks

read all the material that you can.. and answer the questions in the back. also, after you read a section make sure you know what you just read. take the vocab words and see if you can define them without looking. thats what i usually do when I study.. my study skills arent good either though so i dont know. speaking of biology, i have two chapters to read about bacteria and viruses. boooooring.

Making flash cards and reading aloud always help.

Be sure you have a quiet place to study without any distractions, If your exam is in 5 weeks start going over the material now, a little bit each day so you wont have to cram the night before. No radio or TV while your studying either.

I've always made straight A's (or close to it) in school, but I've still not figured out how to study. Just concentrate is all I can tell you.

I never study.. yet I always pass tests. I don't know, I guess when we are learning it in class, I just memorize it right then and there

Yeah, flash card really helped me for some of my classes. Highlighting notes help too. If you're a really good note taker, try highlighting the main important bits and study the highlights.

Good Luck on the test!

Oh gosh, studying for math is always a pain in the butt. I have a math test this friday, as a matter of fact.

What I do is just read over all the homework questions, and sorta try to solve them over again. And of course, memorizing all those formulas and stuff.

I get a tape recorder and read what i need to know and record it, and listen to it over and over again until I can repeat it without messing up. It really works great for me.

I never studied. It bored me. I just never saw the point of staying up all night to get an A on a test. I was satisfied with B's and C's. But when I did study for vocab, Id just make some flashcards.
