To Solomon: Have You Ever Watched Any Of Redd Foxx's Shows After Sanford and Son

Solomon, I wanted to ask a few questions about Redd Foxx and the shows he did after Sanford and Son.

1. Did You Ever Watch The Redd Foxx Variety Show,the show he did which lasted only a few months in 1977??? If you watched it,what are your thoughts???

2. I know that you have watched Sanford,the spinoff series of Sanford and Son,in reruns and wondered what you thought of that show. I watched that show on Friday nights on NBC and I thought it was funny,especially when Redd Foxx was in it and Cal.

3. The Redd Foxx Show from 1985,I didn't watch that show. What did you think about that show???

4. The Royal Family from 1991. I watched the show from the beginning and I thought it was a hit from the start until Redd Foxx passed away during taping of that show. What do you think about that show???

1.Never seen the Redd Foxx variety-only show i seen after Sanford and Son ended was Sanford Arms.

2. I actually think the show Sanford was a VERY Funny show. I recorded the episodes off BET in the early 90's. Cal in the same scene with Fred was much funnier to me than Lamont and Fred in the same scene.

3.Never seen the 1985 variety show

4.I think i only sen one episode of Royal Family. My memory of that show is not clear.

i watched everything but have only vague memories of the variety show and the other.
sanford was a good show. close enough to the original. except fot that stupid cal character.
i love the royal family. it had the makings of a long running show. i especially loved the way they had the funeral for al when he died. and they brought in some sanford and son faces for it. i great tribute.

remember when on RF when al turned on the tv and s&s came on and he said "i love that show"? or" that guy", i'm not sure. funny.
