Question Rose's Children

Wonder why we only met one of Rose's children? I know she had 3. The only one I remember seeing on a show was Kirsten. Now I do remember the one that slept with Dorothy's son...wa that Kirsten also or not? I can't remember.

It was Bridget that slept with Dorothy's son.

I counted 5 children.

In the Mother's Day episode, she was waiting for a call from Charlie Jr.

In the episode that Blanche's daughter Rebecca announces she wants a baby by artifical insemination, Rose mentions Adam, Janella and Kirsten. She doesn't mention Bridget or Charlie Jr.

Now that you mention it I do remember a Bridget...but not a Charlie Jr...I wished that we would have met more of her children. Thanks for the info.

I agree, and also wish we would have met more of Blanche's children, as well.

Question Children

How many of Blanche's did we meet? Also I don't think we ever met Dorothy's brother Phil...just his wife when he died.

We met 2 versions of Rebecca. In year 3, she was a heavy girl. Then it was a totally different Rebecca, the one who had a baby by artificial insemintation. She was on 3 times.

And finally, the second last episode of the series, where Rose has a heart attack, we see the much talked about Janet, who was a lot younger than she should have been.

Did Blanche have any sons? I seem to remember a reference to a son in the episode where the policemen were staking out the house next door, but I don't know if it was Blanche's son.

And it would've been nice to meet the various other children...and have them shown regularly instead of vanishing after 1 ep.

There is one episode, sorry I don't know which one, where Blanche and Dorothy are bargaining over something and Blanche says you can have one of my sons, someone (?), someone (?) and Biffy, I think it was.

The episode you are thinking about had George Clooney in it. Blanche told his character that he reminded him of her son Matthew.

Charlie, Jr was her granddaughter. In the episode where her daughter comes back to go through "estate papers," she brings her daughter -- Charlie, Jr -- to go to Space Camp. That's who I always thought was Charlie Jr

The 3 boys she mentioned were Doug, Biff, and Skippy
