I'm from New Zealand and guessing for the screen caps posted by TheFonz yesturday your talking about the episode "Dead Of Knight" Cindy Morgan was played by the actress Karen Kopins. To date her most popular role would be the year she spent on the 80s hit soap "DALLAS" in the late 80s in the role of Kay Lloyd.
