It was in the mid-late 1990s. It was a commercial. I forget what it was for. Anyway, I thought it was funny where these two people were holding a wineglass. They proposed a toast and the glasses break. Anyone remember this??

That PSA was from the mid 80's. I remember two beer mugs crashing into each other making the sound of cars colliding.
