Default Idea for TV Land

Instead of showing double takes why not show two shows back to back with same actor.

Heres few I think of:
I Love Lucy/ The Lucy show
My favorite martian/ Court ships of eddies father
Sanford and son/ Sanford arms

What do you think?

I like that idea a lot but I think they should continue the double takes, but this time, only for shows that have a large amount of episodes such as Happy Days, The Jeffersons, Bewitched, ect..

Here's some more:
Sally Field- "Gidget" and "The Flying Nun"
Mary Tyler Moore- "Mary Tyler Moore" and "The Dick Van Dyke Show (TV Land already airs these back-to-back)
Bob Newhart- "The Bob Newhart Show" and "Newhart"
Fred Savage- "The Wonder Years" and "Working"
Lucille Ball- "The Lucy Show" and "Here's Lucy"
Don Knotts- "The Andy Griffith Show" and "Three's Company"
Suzanne Somers- "Three's Company" and "Step By Step"
Ron Howard- "The Andy Griffith Show" and "Happy Days"
Desi Arnaz- "I Love Lucy" and "The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour"
Gale Gordon- "Dennis the Menace" and "The Lucy Show"
Scott Bio- "Happy Days" and "Charles In Charge"
John Ritter- "Three Company" and "8 Simple Rules . . ."

Remember when MTV had "25 Lame" that banned the 10 worst videos. Why not ban the 10 worst tv shows out of rotation!!!

"25 Lame: TV Turkies"

Voted by the MTV,Nickelodeon,VH1,Nick at Nite TV Land audience!!!!

And Ban "The Flying Nun"!!!

Also add The Beverly Hillbillies and Brady Bunch to the list. Those, I could part with without shedding a tear.

That's a good idea for expanding the variety of shows. You'd get to see different shows, as well as the actors in other roles.

(What the special should be like...)

"25 Lame: Vintage TV Turkies"

Hosted by the same people who did "MTV 25 Lame"
(Janeane Garofalo, Jon Stewart, Chris Kattan, & Denis Leary)
With special guest: Barry Williams ("Greg Brady")
{"MTV 25 Lame" had Vanilla Ice as the special guest}

On line voters will select 25 awful tv shows out of a list of 100.
And the top 10 will eventually be the shows that will never to be seen on TV Land (or any network owned by Viacom like TNN or Comedy Central)

My worst 10: (to be banned from N@N, TV Land, & all Viacom owned networks)

10. Shazaam!
9. The Brady Bunch
8. Family Ties (no offense)
7. Gidget
6. Gilligan's Island (No Offfense To Fans of This Show)
5. The Beverly Hillbillies
4. Maybury RFD
3. The Waltons (too boring!)
2. The Cosby Show (banned from Nick at Nite & not to be seen on TV Land)
1. The Flying Nun
(I used to like "The Brady Bunch", but I don't care for it much now. I wouldn't mind if it got banned.)

Default Banned Shows

I don't think Nick at nite or TV Land would to do that. Every one would vote for Cosby or Cheers.

Another couple of suggestions:

The Brady Bunch/their spinoffs (Variety Hour, Brides, Bradys)
Leave It To Beaver/Still The Beaver (or The New Leave It To Beaver)

Yeah, I would love to see the New Leave it to Beaver. Okay, how about this suggestion. This is really the only one I could think of, but hey, it fits. Later on, nothing now, but later on add All in the Family and Archie Bunker's Place back to the schedule. When we run through every single episode of ABP, drop it and add Gloria. You got Archie Bunker in All in the Family and ABP and then you got Gloria in AITF and Gloria.

Hmm...what would my 10 be?

10. Gilligan's Island
9. Green Acres
8. Any show that has the word "flying" in it's title. I don't want a flying anything.
7. Brady Bunch
6. Beverly Hillbillies
5. Family Guy (I can't even say how much I hated that show)

I think of some more later.

Working should air on N@N in like 5 years IMO but not TV Land at least not for another 10 years.

8SR should at least finish it's 1st season or maybe it should air on N@N as an instant rerun.
