Default This Might Sound Weird to Some ...

but one of my dreams is to have a TV show wax museum. There would be many different displays. Some would include:

-Welcome Back, Kotter-
The Sweathogs class room, with wax figures of Gabe Kotter, Vinnie Barbarino, Juan Epstein, Freddie Washington, Arnold Horshack and maybe Mr. Woodman standing in front of the door, after just entering the room, with an angered look on his face.

-Chico and the Man-
Ed Brown's Garage, with wax figures of Ed Brown, Chico Rodriguez and Louie Wilson.

-NewsRadio-
Wax figures of Dave Nelson, Bill McNeal, Lisa Miller, Matthew Brock, Joe Garrelli, Beth, Catherine Duke and Jimmy James, all in the WNYX office.

-Wings-
Wax figures of Joe Hackett, Brian Hackett, Helen Chappel, Lowell Mather, Roy Biggins, Fay Evelyn Cochran and Antonio Scarpacci. They would be in the airport where the show took place.

-Sliders-
Was figures of Quinn Mallory, Professor Arturo, Wade Wells and Rembrandt Brown. The wall would have the wormhole, with Quinn just coming out, being held up by a wire. Arturo, Wade and Rembrandt will look like they just came out of the wormhole, but they will be on the floor.

-Taxi-
The garage, with Louie in the cage. Alex, Bobby, Tony and Elaine sitting at the table. Reverend Jim sitting on the bench over by Louie's cage. And Latka standing by the cab, repairing it. I'd also have John Burns (the guy from season 1) entering the garage.

-Quantum Leap-
This one is hard. I can't think of how it would be, just that Sam and Al would be in it.

-Andy Richter Controls the Universe-
As part of my "Only the Good Get Canceled Young" display, I'd have the office, with Andy, Jessica, Byron, Keith, Wendy and the late Mr. Pickering.

Does anyone have any other display ideas for TV Shows in my imaginary wax museum?

I'd go if you had a Hogan's Heroes wax display. You know, the guys on a fake Stalag 13 set. I'd love that!

Of course if it was life-like enough, your Newkirk might be missing.

Sounds cool! Good luck on that and if you happen to display one of Liz as Samantha then you'll have to call the cops because I'm gonna come and try to steal it.

I'd be happy if I had one of those cardboard standee's of Elizabeth! Now that I think of it I really should've bought that Freddy Krueger one I saw at a flea market. Anyone know of a good site that sells these? I doubt there would be any of Liz though.

That sounds awesome. You should add in Family Ties, Silver Spoons, I Dream Of Jeannie, Hogan's Heroes and MASH, too.

I don't think it's weird. In life, everyone has a goal, or a dream, and who am I to knock you for it? I think you should have an I Love Lucy display. It would be in the Ricardo's apartment. Maybe Ricky, Fred, and Ethel could be staring at Lucy in expressions of disgust, or annoyance. Lucy could be looking back at them in a "what did I do wrong?" Look. Little Ricky should also be there, sitting in his stroller.

Talking well

Great idea go with it!

You could have Married With Children living room, with Marcy and Steve (and Jefferson!) at the door, Al on the sofa, Buck eating a slipper while peg has Al's wallet

Mork and Mindy- scene from first episode with Mork dressed in Backwards clothing, and scene where he hatches from the egg

Third Rock From The Sun- Dicks Classroom from the episode with the Nina fantasies- that's be fun!

Talking My dream....

I one day hope to build a movie theme park- preferably not for just one studio, but for all the movies. There would be scenes form movies, as well as interactive scenes, to get a tape recording of you in a movie part (talking to Audrey 2 in little shop of horrors) and the best rides ever- I can't think of any rides, if I ever got to make a Simpsons park I have thousands of ideas I could come up with. I know a ride- a lost in space rollercoaster, at the end of it you walk through a scene of aliens, spraying all this crap over you (thempark mcdonald's food waste!) - another idea - the Chicago cell block tango scene, and Nowadays thing. I need to see more adventure movies, more ideas for rides, instead of just making everything big and throwing people inside it. anyone got ideas#?

There's a wax museum here in NY.

Sounds great, though.
