I ahve a question... is it okay to take pictures from other websites as long as you do not see a copyright written anywhere? Because I took some copyrighted pictures before and got in trouble, and now I just want to make sure you can take them as long as they don't say copyright anywhere.

i think if you have permission from the web master then its ok

Yah and it depends what yoo use em for. Like don't put em on your site and say they're yours. At least give people credit. But your siggy should be okay.
