Many cast members of Happy Days came and went , but the show
just wasn't the same when Ron Howard decided to leave. I give the cast and crew credit, they still did a pretty good job, but the main focus of the show was gone. What Happy Days (mostly) was about was an unlikely friendship between a motorcycle riding greaser, and a "nerd." The two characters brought out the best in each other, such as Richie becoming more and more self-confident, and Fonzie learning that not all problems could be solved with brawn - sometimes you had to use your brain. Watch the very early episodes, and then the later ones, to see how much these two characters evolved though their interactions together. |

Agreed totally. They lost out when Richie left. I think the show wouldve done a little better if they didnt treat Potsie so bad.. he was there since the beginning too ya know!!!
