Does anyone know where fans could get transcripts of the DVD show? Thanks a bunch!!

I assume by that "transcripts" you mean scripts, and not manuscripts(Carl's original, handwritten drafts). If so, the answer is yes, or at least, I think so. Occassionally, one will pop up on Ebay.com. It will be advertised as "An original Dick Van Dyke Show script," then go on to explain the episode it's from. I've never bought one, and can't vouch for their authenticity, but some have even been offered as having been signed by various cast members.
If you mean "transcripts" as in something you might use to, say, put on a high school play, I've never seen them offered anywhere, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.
