CD-R question

I just got my new CD burner, and the damn thing had no instructions on how to actually use it.

So question- I burned a CD-R and there's still room on the end. Can I put something else on the end after the fact? I can with my DVD+R until I finalize it, but didn't know with a CD-R.

you can only put more stuff on it if you don't close the cd or i guess you could say finalize it if you don't do that then it is possible to add remove songs but after you close it unless it is an RW(re-writeable) you can't do anything to it

How do I hook up a vcr to my computer, do I need a special lead with different ports on each ends, like a scart on one end, computer plug in on the other. I wannna put Shock Treatment on VCD because there are no companys to do it for me, cos It's not my own material. If I can't do this with my computer, can any of you do it, I'll trade tapes. (If you make a VCD in the US, does it work over in the UK? Or is there such thing as computer cd formats?

For CD-R if it's a data disc that you're burning then you can keep going back and adding more stuff until you run out of room. If it's a music cd you're making then you can't add more songs after closing the session.

I have no idea. I have an actual DVD Recorder, and I think it's just Region 1.

To hook a VCR to your computer, you need something with composite video inputs, like this PCI card for your PC. There is no such thing as computer CD formats. A VCD can play on most DVD players or any computer.
