Is it just me, or is the show less funny this season? I have found myself groaning at all the bad jokes I have heard so far. I hope it improves soon.

NO WAY!!!!! Although I've only started watching it last year, I've seen repeats and I thinks it's just as good as it's ever been.

I think the show is slipping a bit. They have relied too much on guest stars and celebrity cameos, and Grace's marriage to the invisible Doctor wasn't the best of ideas.
Plus, I think Jack and Karen have gotten too obnoxious for thier own good. Sure, that whole vapid self centered thing is what makes them stand out, but sometimes they both deserve a smack upside the head. |

I don't think the show is as great as it used to be. TJL nailed the problem, there are too many guest stars on the show. Plus, Grace's marriage does not work. It could work, but Grace and Leo need to live near Will. You can not name a show, Will and Grace and not have the two main stars not interact with each other.

The show is still funny, but it's losing the edge that made it stand out in the first place. The biggest mistake besides the entourage of guest stars, was marrying Grace. It threw the whole dynamic of the show off. Nothing tops the first 2 seasons though anyway.

I think the show is doing just fine. Of course, I do agree on the whole guest star thing. There ARE a lot of them. And I also agree that Leo and Grace should live near Will.
As for Karen and Jack...absolutely nothing wrong with them. Sure, they can be a little snobby, but they always show their sensitive side every once in a while. |

On the topic, I don't think it's losing it. Then again I haven't seen all the episodes yet. Just started watching about 8 months ago. I still find it funny and entertaining

I actually really liked that one. Especially when Karen and Stan's new girlfriend are fighting over Jack like he's a dog and they're like "Come here, come here Jackie!" and how he was being all goofy like a dog and then when he chooses Karen and they leave he goes to Stan's girlfriend (I forget her name?) "hey, if Karen dies I'll totally call you." LOL that was great.
