In this time of stress, and war. There has to be something that we can all be happy about. Can u name a few things that still make u smile in this time of sadness...

for me I would have to say...

Im happy my husband is not over seas possibly dead!
and Im happy that the draft has not been put into effect yet...
Im also glad that i don't have children who have to see this sad world in existance

* I'm happy that I have an entire shelf in my closet filled with cans of beer and cider

* BIG ONE: I'm happy that I came out and that now I feel a lot more comfortable about myself

* I'm happy that I have a bit of money saved up and I'm determined to get a place of my own before 2003 is over

* I'm happy that I've now got a cell phone and I can call my mate Kirsty without my parents listening in to the conversation

* I'm happy that I have more male friends now and I don't have to spend so much time hanging out with straight chicks

* I'm happy that my arm is starting to heal up

* I'm happy that the weather is good - it makes a difference to your mood when the sun is always shining

No matter how sh*t things seem, there's always at least one good thing going on in your life.
I know how it is - I have highs and lows. The last few weeks were a real low for me. I got really down and started having panic attacks again. I also slipped and reverted back to my old ways which I'm not proud of.
I feel slightly better this week. I dunno why - it's all chemical and I can't control what goes on in my brain so I try not to question it.
