Ok, in the summaries have seen for the episode where Frederick is born, all of them say that Cheers' 100th anniversary was being celebrated... yet on the sign outside of Cheers, it says est. 1895, which would make the 100th anniversary in 1995... then again I have never seen that episode... can someone confirm if I am right or not cause this is driving me crazy, lol

This is a common misconception, you see, Cheers was not established in 1895, Inthat ep, Sam explains that Carla made up that number from numerology, which she was into at the time they made the sign. Cheers was really established in 1889.
