Dunno if any of you crazies are aware of this, but the Bloodhound Gang have several references to the Strokes on their records. Somebody does an impersonation of Coleman on Use Your Fingers, as well as a rendition of the themse song by a fake heavy metal band, and on Hooray For Boobies, regarding masturbation, Jimmy Pop sings "givin' it Diff'rent Strokes just like Arnold Drummond." There. Trivial crap. Now I'm just as bad and mad as you all are. Help!

I remember that band from the MTV era but never knew that.

Would like to hear the heavy metal version of the D.S. theme song.
