Remember the days in the '80s when "My Three Sons" aired on Nick at Nite? I know I do. I used to watch that show all the time. In fact, I have the first video from Columbia House. Oh, by the way, did you know that Jay North did a guest appearance (2, in fact) after his CBS show "Dennis The Menace" was canceled? That is something I never knew, until I saw it myself. I wish TV Land would air the Black-and-White episodes.

I remember those days. That's back when I LOVED Nick At Nite. My Three Sons was my favorite show at that time. I liked Mike and Bub of the black and white episodes much better than Ernie and Uncle Charley of the color episodes. TV Land eventually did show the Black and White episodes, although they did not show that last season of the show in color, with Fred MacMurray playing duel roles (Stephen Douglas and Fergus McBain). They explained the two different "Packages".

Package One: This was shown on N@N in the 80's.
Season One: 1960-1961 (B&W)
Season Two: 1961-1962 (B&W)
Season Three: 1962-1963 (B&W)
Season Four: 1963-1964 (B&W)
Season Five: 1964-1965 (B&W)
Season Twelve: 1971-1972 (color)

Package Two: This was shown on TVLand and Hallmark Channel.
Season Six: 1965-1966 (color)
Season Seven: 1966-1967 (color)
Season Eight: 1967-1968 (color)
Season Nine: 1968-1969 (color)
Season Ten: 1969-1970 (color)
Season Eleven: 1970-1971 (color)

I've been watching MTS on TVLand recently. I missed the earliest episodes, so the ones now are in color.
While I can't compare the b&w ones, I do like the old shows.

My favorite all time sitcoms:
Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet
My Three Sons
Wings

Least liked:
I Love Lucy
Three Stoges

guess I don't like slap-stick stuff.
