I don't really know. I think the Ricardos and Mertzes would remain in CT and it'd be like the end of the last season.

Yeah, I think that the Ricardos/Mertzes would stay in CT too. They could've had a few more episodes about Little Ricky.

Great question!

I think the season would be focused around the following themes:
* Little Ricky and the Parent-Teacher Association.
Lucy getting involved with Little Ricky's school and activities and causing nothing but more havic.

* Country Life. The Ricardos and the Mertzes facing more problems of living out in the country.

* Returning Visits to New York. The Mertzes get more what they bargained for by returning to their apartment complex (located in New York City) and finding out that something went wrong.

* The relationship between the Ricardos & the Mertzes with the Ramseys. I think we would see more of the Ramseys being included in the wild adventures of the Ricardos and the Mertzes.

I think Lucy would keep trying to get into Ricky's act.
Ricky's Movie, he made in Hollywood would finally get release
Ricky would get a recording contract.

Well let's see.... I think they would have Tallulah Bankhead for a neighbor, hunt Uranium with Fred MacMurray, have Betty Grable, Harry James over at their house, and go on a ski trip and meet Fernando Lamas.

They kinda did have a 7th season and a 8th and 9th with the "Lucy Desi Comedy Hour", but not really cause well it was focused on too much of traveling and meeting celeb.

And how does that distinguish it from the fourth, fifth, and sixth seasons when they travelled to Hollywood, several countries in Europe, Florida and Cuba; and met Eve Arden, William Holden, Van Johnson, Richard Widmark, Harpo Marx, Dore Sherry, John Wayne, Hedda Hopper, Cornel Wilde, Rock Hudson, Queen Elizabeth, Charles Boyer, Bob Hope, Orson Welles, Elsa Lanchester, Claude Akins, Johnny Longden, and George Reeves, and the wives of Alan Ladd, Forrest Tucker, Dean Martin, William Holden, Van Heflin, Gordon MacRae, and Richard Carlson?

That's so true.

I think if a 7th season had happened, it would have been so boring.

You don't like the country episodes? I thought those were the best!

They were bad because like the writers once said, everybody was TIRED and out of ideas, and the leads weren't even speaking to each other sometimes, so that's not conducive to making GREAT comedy.

Me neither. The country ones are my least favorite episodes.

The show ended at the right time. Things were just running out of steam as the subpar comedy hours show. I too don't particularly care for the country episodes either except for "Lucy Does the Tango". I do love that episode.
