Default Let's Make a Deal canceled

NBC is ending its run of revived game show Let’s Make a Deal early and replacing it with specials.

In the show’s place next Tuesday at 8 p.m., NBC will air Child Stars, Then and Now, narrated by Malcolm Jamal-Warner of Cosby Show fame.

I was afraid that that was going to happened with the competition and all(8 Simple Rules, JAG, American Idol). Are there any plans for a syndication version of the show??? I have heard various rumors in the past they were planning a syndicated version of Let's Make A Deal. Guess you can fill me in on the details about this, Pav.

I have no idea if the syndication series will come about, it all depended on how this show did in primetime.

Fridays would have been a better time slot than Tuesdays. What are going to happen to the other 3 episodes that haven't been shown??? I thought it was a great show myself,I taped all 3 episodes because I wanted to watch 8 Simple Rules. Maybe they will have a syndication version one of these days.

That sucks!!! Why did NBC have the nerve to do that?? The new LMaD was supposed to be a great show.

Ah, it'll be back. Someday. Somehow. NBC ordered five episodes, so I bet the last two may be run soon in another time slot.

NBC's Tuesday 8-9 spot has been weak for the whole season. It's had tough competition from JAG, American Idol, and 8 Simple Rules. They are all top 40 shows. So, basically, waht I'm trying to say, is that Let's Make A Deal should've been placed in a better slot.

Thumbs up Re Let's Make a Deal canceled

I can belive that the game show Let's Make a Deal has been canceled already I think that NBC should have put Let's Make a Deal on Saturday Night's at 7:00 pm central time and not
on Tuesday night's the reason why NBC canceled
Let's Make a Deal is because NBC put Let's Make a Deal
on Tuesday night's at 7:00 pm central time.

Take Care and God Bless
Aaron

Angry

We should flood NBC's e-mail and message boards and complain!

****e! They don't even give the show its 5 complete runs before they yank it off the schedule! You guys are right about the Tuesday night slot--that's what killed it. All of that build up for nothing!

If your going to purchase a show...at least run the 5 specials that you purchased!

This is really bad.
