Quote:
16 well that was a short message lol oh gosh i read this in Lucille Ball's biography and it was so sad it kinda mad me sad It read: "On April 26, 1989, a week after undergoing open heart surgery, Ball suffered a ruptured aorta and died at the age of 77. She was survived by Morton, her two children with Arnaz--who died in 1986 of cancer--and three grandchildren. At the time of her death, I Love Lucy remained in syndication in more than 80 countries." awwww that's cute. bye bye all! :waves: ------------------ ~*~Ashley~*~ “In a perfect world human beings would co-exist harmoniously, like a rainbow of colors each layer vibrant and clear by itself but inunison… Boundless, Breathtaking, Celestial…” |

Thanks, everyone. Hmmmmm, now I'm wondering how everyone knew the answer and I didn't. Someone must have told you.
And leave it to dawsongirl to answer with pictures (surprise - - I'm on-line and it's not Saturday!). Now that's laughing out loud. |

Actually, dawsongirl, right now it's Tuesday in NY. Wow! There are other days besides Saturday but I won't get used to this extra time during the week.
Listen everyone, I'm just getting all of the lols down pat. Let's not over-tax my brain . . especially on a work day! ![]() |

OK, back on my Saturday schedule.
I tried to buy "Lucy in the Afternoon" at a major bookstore today and they didn't even have it in the warehouse! This bookstore is huge so I was really surprised. What's the story with this book and why is it so hard to get? The store promised me they would get it to me within two weeks but I was shocked that it wasn't in stock. Anyone know what the story is?

That is surprising Terry. I ordered mine off Ebay and about to pitch a tent next to my mailbox waiting for it to arrive.
