Default MacGyver

today on macgyver we had the episode Fraternity of Thieves. great episode.. before that it was cleo rocks with MURDOC ahhh love that episode.. we just had THE SURVIVORS which had macgyverland hehe.. people call it macgyverland and pete had to go through macgyverland.. now the look on pete's face while climbing and stuff fantastic acting. he actually looked terrified.. ya know, back then in the 80's when macgyver first came out i didnt watch it..

i didnt watch it for 2 yrs cus i watch watching valeries family and alf.. stupid me.. what the heck was i thinking? one night when macgyver was on my brother was watching it and i was watching alf during the commerical of alf i came downstares and i was like hmmm what is he watching?

mac had long hair and he was running from someone, someone was chasing him i dont remember what episode it was damn thats to bad.. anyway, i got hooked and i didnt get upstairs to watch the rest of alf that night. when mac was over i went upstairs to shut the tv off hehehe.. from then on i watched macgyver.. it was the 3rd season too.. i was 11 when mac first came on and i was 13 when i started watching it..

When they had the episode PASSAGES in the 5th season, when mac fell over a railing and onto a car and he was at the hospital where he saw his family in a ship i was worried cus i thought the show was over.. i was wrong whew! hehe.. ok thats enough for now rofl..

Hey this is a good subject, How we got hooked on watching MacGyver.

Being from New Zealand we got MacGyver in 1986, which made me 5 at the time. My aunty was studying at the university while living with us and she was in love with Richard Dean Anderson, then her boyfirend came second (ha ha ha). My mother thought Richard Dean Anderson was very good looking and remember him from is day-time soap days. Every Sunday at 7:30pm they were busy watching MacGyver I would join them, I started getting hooked on MacGyver when Patricia McPherson from Knight Rider was on MacGyver as I was a big Knight Rider fan then. I watch it thinking that MacGyver was so cool and I was going to marry him along with Major Nelson from I dream of Jeannie. When I was about 12 I was so hooked to the last couple of seasons because I had this fix on Richard Dean Anderson, By then Dallas & Dynasty had finished and so did my mother and my aunty's MacGyver days so I got the TV set to myself. I kept watching MacGyver up until 1997, after MacGyver finished they re aired all the episodes till 1997. Then a while after Startgate SG 1 started and my fix on Richared Dean Anderson had come back. And then in 2001 MacGyver was back on our screens.

My aunty got married in 1989 and after that she was busy with the birth of her first child. My mother loved Dallas (something me and my mother share our love for Larry Hagman) and also Dynasty, they finished on our screens by 1991. Mum didn't watch TV as much after Dallas & Dynasty finished. She still likes MacGyver to this day and watches it when she as the chance.

My Uncle got married about 5 years ago and they came over one evening to visit and his wife happened to see I was watching MacGyver, she told me she was a fan when she was at university and love Richard Dean Anderson too, we both still watch MacGyver. My mother's friend also loved MacGyver so did her sister.

MacGyver was very big here in New Zealand. So is Stargate SG - 1 that we have reruns of Stargate on in the weekends twice (take to account we only have 30 channles here and most of them are crap). We seem to love Richard Dean Anderson here in New Zealand. Now at I thing about New Zealand women love Richard Dean Anderson
