Default Things you accomplished this weekend...

Really, have I mentioned how happy I am to have had a weekend off? I didn't really do much either because I just wanted to enjoy the doing nothingness of it.

But a few things I DID do...

I did the dishes

I did 2 loads of laundry

I updated my Tape Trading Website

I got 8 tapes made for trades

I took a shower BOTH days (I joked that I was so happy to have 2 days off I may not even get dressed but I did!)

Shopped for groceries

Took my daughter to Chi Chi's for her birthday

Even that seems like more than I had intended on doing ~ I just wanted to be lazy, tape, crochet and work on my website all weekend

On my left, I saw days upon days of lipstick and ticking clocks, dirty looks and quiet whisperings. And burning secrets that just won't ever die away. And on my right, what could I picture? The blue sky, the desert earth, stretching out into the eerie infinity. A beautiful never-ending nothing.

Spent 5 and a half hours last night writing up The Happy Days Board Awards for The Happy Days Board. And than i found out The Leave It To Beaver and Mary Tyler Moore show boards are doing Awards shows now too. So i thought that was pretty cool

Other than that just sat around being lazy like usual

-I gave a pretty decent speech at a teacher awards ceremony today. The teacher loved it - she gave me a big hug and a present.
-Watched the Dayton Flyers win their conference tournament and get a 4 seed in the NCAA tourney, all while being lazy.
-Went to the open house of a local college yesterday.
-Bagged for tips at a grocery store Friday night.

I actually had a busy weekend, for once.

Well I went online for 6 hours Friday when we got out early, but i did mange to make my journal look unbelievably cool.

Yesterday I went to a lock-in and learned that Amy+hammer=bad idea. I learned how to strip wire, put PVC together and use a big electric circular saw thing.

Today I saw Chicago for the third time.
