well Juilo was one of Fred's First enemies on the show he was on even before Esther but when it comes to Juilo the first episode with Him The purto ricans are coming which happens to be one of my favorite episodes not only do we meet Julio for the first time but we also get to see another Fred Emeny Julio pet goat Chico

I Like the one where Fred sees those guys robbing Julios house but doesnt say anything about it to the Police.

Mine's a toss up between Pops N Pals & The Merger. The Puerto Ricans Are Coming! (aka Julio's first episode) was very funny, too. I think that's the episode where Fred mentions "the Puerto Rican Marx Brothers - Julio, Chico and Mufungo!"
