On the radio this morning, the person said that The Osbournes was cancelled... Is this true? Because it seems like it's not.

I thought they were doing a 3rd season? Idk, it could be canceled. The 2nd season really sucked and ratings really fell. Maybe it is wise to pull the plug.

New episodes are going to be shown soon..So I guess that means its not? I hope these episodes aren't as bad as the previous 2nd season ones.

i think the osbournes said they didn't wanna do another season....idk either it gets great ratings if the osbournes allow it than i think mtv would definately do another season

America's Family is Back on MTV With New Season in Early Winter 2004

that "The Osbournes" will return for a third season with 20 new episodes that
will air in the US and on MTV's around the world. The hit MTV show will
return in Early Winter 2004 with all new episodes featuring Ozzy, Sharon,
Jack, Kelly, and Robert as they live, love, fight, make-up, and basically
survive family life in Los Angeles, CA.

the strength of the Osbourne family unit, and that is why the show continues

After the initial media feeding frenzy around the first season of
"The Osbournes" in 2002, the show has settled into one of the highest rated
series on the channel, averaging more that 3 million viewers an episode
throughout summer 2003.
MTV's cameras will move back in to the Osbournes' lives to document the
hectic schedules, off-beat friends and co-workers, packs of semi-wild dogs,
and family dynamics of the first family of rock-n-roll. MTV will once again
have 24-hour, around the clock access to the family to film all the action as
it happens.
For the new episodes of "The Osbournes," Lois Curren is Executive Vice
President, Series and Movie Development and Executive Producer for MTV, and
executive in charge of production for MTV, R. Greg Johnston is the Executive
Producer for MTV, and Rod Aissa is Vice President, Talent Development, MTV.
