Default GG & TV Land Awards

Did anyone watch the TV Land Awards tonight? I forget what the award was
called, but Golden Girls won an award
and Bea Arthur was there to accept the
award.

It was for the quintessential, non-traditional family.

Now, I heard Betty White was going to be there. Was she? What happened?

And for the people who said Betty was starting to show her age, Bea looks OLD now... wow, I was amazed.

I noticed that Bea looked old when I watched the GG "TV Tales" on E! a while back.
I also didn't see Betty at the awards. She may have been there and I missed it, but I'm not sure.

I know!! It was really shocking. And she says the same thing everytime shes asked about the show... "Life doesn't stop after 50"

I love Bea! She always looks like a drag queen nowadays. WAY too much eyeliner!

I didn't see Betty either. And it's Bea's age who is really starting to show, and she's a little younger than Betty. But I'm glad that GG won an award though.

I, personally, have yet to see an 80 year old that look as good and as active as Bea Arthur...and Betty White come to think of it. I think some people expect them to look how they did in The Golden Girls but unless they freeze their heads then that aint gonna happen! I didn't see the awards ceremony (being a Brit) but I saw some pics of her with the award afterwards and I think, as always, Bea looks terrific for her age.

I think Bea looks good for being in her 80's, I just think her age is showing more than Betty's. But I've been spolied by living with old people who look really good for their age. Here is a picture of my grandparents at the ages of 82 and 77.
