Keith [Lil Ricky]'s Last Moment With Lucille. - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

In an interview, they aksed Keith who played Little Ricky about his last encounter with Lucille Ball. Here's what happened in the very late 80's, a short time before her death. This came from an Entertainment magazine from the early 90's.

Keith: Well, what happened was Lucille was having some kind of party, not that I had known what had been going on, but just dropped in for a minute. I knocked at the door, and the man at the door answered it. I said that I was Little Ricky, and then he kicked me out the door. When I was going to my car, Lucille came out the door, and stopped me at my car. She said these words to me: "Hi there honey, what the hell are you doing here?". I took that as a welcome. Lucille had probably known about my suicide attempts in the past, but for some reason, the night went well. She introduced me to others...like Lucy and Little Ricky. As a left that night I noticed that she hadn't changed one bit whatsoever, and what the hell...she's an angel...but to me...she was my mom.

I never knew that Keith had tried to commit suicide.
