If my memory serves me right it was always named the torklesons but then they changed it to "almost home" and got rid of one of the kids

It was a new show they called Almost Home (a spin off basically)and they got rid of two of the kids, Stephen Floyd and Ruth Ann.

OMG I've been wondering for years what this show was called! I used to watch it all the time when I was a kid. As soon as I saw the name I was like "that's it!" I'm so exited now, lol

The first season was called "The Torkelsons."
The second season, it was "re-tooled," dropping some of the characters and seeing the family move to Seattle, introducing some new characters and renaming the show "Almost Home." |
