The episode is called "Beauty and The Beast", it takes place in season 7.

It's episode 156, Beauty and the Beast.

When Sophia sprains her ankle, Dorothy hires a temporary nurse, and spoiled Sophia schemes to make the arrangement last. Blanche pressures her granddaughter Melissa into participating in a beauty contest.

Nurse DeFarge is Edie McClurg, the neighbor on "Hogan Family" and the secretary from the movie "Ferris Buller's Day Off."
