Well it was close between Three's Company and Sanford and Son but i have the most episodes of Three's Company

Sanford & Son (all but 3 episodes)
Batman (110 out of 120 episodes)
Facts of Life (196 or so out of 209)

I'm getting close with some other shows too, but nowhere near complete.

I will have a complete collection of Sanford and Son Episodes after 9pm tonight. School Daze was the only episode I was missing.

The most for a sitcom is probably Laverne & Shirley. I have around 100 out of 178 for that.

The most overall for me is around 700 out of the 1225 episodes of Dark Shadows. 160 of those are on DVD.

Well I own the entire series of "Sports Night" and the 1st 2 seasons of "Friends' on DVD as well as almost every episode of "Bette" on tape.

Most of the episodes I need for Three's Company are from season one so i have a long wait. N@N is currently showing season 7

I forgot to add, I also have every episode of Mama's Family (well, minus the one TBS always skips). I have pretty much every episode of The Munsters too.

I have the most episodes of Sanford and Son, but it's a very incomplete collection. I still have to get the majority of the first two seasons.

Well TV LAND just finished showing the last episode of Sanford ans son tonight and will start showing the first season again tomorrow at 6;30pm.

I have the entire series of I Love Lucy, The Lucy Show, & The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour

I just about have the entire series of The Brady Bunch, Happy Days, & Sanford and Son.

I practically have all of The Munsters with the exception of that one episode TV Land refuses to air.

I have around 100 episodes of Laverne & Shirley.

I have around 120 or more episodes of The Andy Griffith Show.
