I just saw on imdb.com that during the filming of Ferris Bueller the actors Cindy Pickett and Lyman Ward who played Ferris' parents fell in love on the set and were married shortly afterward. They are still married today. I thought that was kind of cool!

I think I read in USA Weekend that they were even engaged.

Yea, and they were involved in a controversial car accident too.

In 1985 he was involved in a controversial car crash while driving in Ireland with his then fiance Jennifer Grey. The crash killed a woman and her daughter. Although he was cleared of all charges, he paid a small fine to the family of the women. Wow alot of stuff about that movie I didnt know!

I love that movie.. I have a good copy on VHS

(I have the same version as HBO showed but mine obviously has better sound and slightly stronger colours (Almost too much))

9/10 movie.....
