well, i really don't hate any of them....they all have their moments...good and bad. but if i have to pick a least favorite....it's the Skipper.

i know...it seems like everybody loves the skipper...but he bothers me a lot at times. he's always yelling at poor Gilligan....and even though we all know he really does love him....he's just downright mean sometimes. and i don't like the way he acts like he always knows what's going on....like he's really smart or something...cause he's not. he yells at Gilligan for things that he does himself, or that were his fault. i dunno...i just don't find him funny most of the time.

the irony here is...from what i've read and heard, i think Alan Hale was one of the nicest people to ever live....an all around great guy. more irony....i highly dislike Tina Louise....but i don't hate Ginger. she annoys me a lot at times.....but she's ok. she's next to last on the favorite list, but i like her more than the Skipper. i guess i'm just good at separating actor and character.

now...if we were doing least favorite cast member........lol

It's Ginger, definetly. The Proffeser does get boring, but he's not a mean person.

Ginger Grant is my least favorite castaway. Hmmmm......is that just because I'm a Bob Denver fan or is it merely a coincidence?

i'm sorry. i respect your opinion. i'll spare you my rant about how he's the perfect man (well, nearly). lol. i've said it all before and i know i won't change your mind anyway. but....boring? not my Proffy! smart, yes....but never boring! intriguing? interesting? at rare times rather annoyingly snobby? a little odd? yes, all these things. but boring? never! i'll defend my dear Roy until my eyes fall out and i can no longer watch tv! and even after that!

i'm hopelessly in love with a fictional character. i need help. lol

No you don't. It could be worse! You could be in love with a real-life slime-bucket.
The Professor's a cool guy! I've long held the belief that the rest of the castaways would not have survived long without the Professor and his inventions and serums!

Oh, my least favorite castaway would have to be Ginger. But only because of how Tina Louise acts like she is so above Gilligan's Island and wants nothing more to do with the show that made her a star and loved by millions of fans.

I couldn't agree with you more! She wants nothing more to do with the show, and she's always putting it down and letting everyone know how bitter she is, but I noticed that she showed up when the cast was invited to the White House and when they received the first-ever American Icon award (pictures are on Bob Denver's web site).

I was never fond of Ginger's character (OK, maybe when I was really little and didn't know any better ), but after hearing about how Tina acts in real life, I really can't stand her. I literally either change the channel or mute the TV when she starts her annoying vamping.

As a character, Gilligan always bugged me. (I know, I know) but if it weren't for him they would have gotten rescued ten times over, he always screws things up and they love him for it. I don't get it

As fa as the actors go, Tina Louise is my least fave, although I would still like to hear her side of the story.
