From the Candy Factory episode:

(it went something like this)
"There are two kinds of people in this world, the earners and the spenders, or as they are more commonly known, husbands and wives."

Pretty sexist now if you think about it, however it half applies in my family.

Ethel: I've never met a queen before. I'm scared.

Fred: YOU'RE scared-- think of the QUEEN!

.............

Lucy or Ethel: I don't know what to say to the Queen. 'Hello, Your Highness?' 'Good evening, Elizabeth?'...

Fred: Oh, you just slip her the grip and say, 'HI YA, QUEEN!"

I think this is how it goes, a bet it about to be made.

Fred: What's the matter with 10 dollars?
Ethel: What's the matter with 20 dollars?
Ricky: What's the matter with 30 dollars?
Lucy: What's the matter with 50 dollars?
Fred: What was the matter with 10 dollars?

I love that quote!

Forgot about this one earlier...
When they are trapped by snow avalanche in that cabin in the Swiss Alps, Lucy refers to the movie Seven Brides for Seven Brothers in a similar situation.

Ethel: How did they get out in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers?

Lucy: They waited for the spring thaw.

Fred: Well, that wouldn't be so bad if we had five more brides.

In "Lucy Has Her Eyes Examined" when Fred walks in wearing the heavy coat and the jitterbug instructor says "It's the coolest!" and Fred responds, "Coolest? Man, it's the hottest!"

That's one of my favorites.

Gosh, I have so many, it's hard to narrow it down. Fred had some of the best lines on this show. Here are a few of my favorites...

Fred: You enjoy your food so much that you eat with alot of ...
Ethel: Gusto? Relish? Enthusiasm?
Fred: Well, actually, the word I was thinking of was NOISE!

Ricky: Lucy! You, here, dressed like that. You must be out of your mind!
Fred: Ethel! You, here, dressed like that. *He* must be out of his mind!

Lucy: Oh, that must be my dear friend Ethel. I'll open the door, Fred.
Fred: Open it?! I was going to lock it!

Ricky: Who's that?
Fred: Who's that?! What's that?

LUCY : Gee, did you hear that, honey? It's going to be called "Bitter Grapes." I wonder what part they want me for.
FRED : Oh, you're probably going to be one of the bunch.
