Default When larry Appleton turned 24

I watched the birthday show where Larry turned 24.

24!

My goodness i thought he was supposed to be older! I'm 27 and it really landed me down to earth!

Hey Crimson, just wanted to ease your mind a little..
I was a little surprised at this as well, I'm 25, and still don't like to think of the idea that I'm actually older than Larry Appleton when the show started.. While Larry was supposedly 24, Mark Linn-Baker was about to turn 32, but.. it's still kind of a slap of reality..

I'm 16, so 24 seems old to me.
I think they should have made the Larry character older though, because Mark Linn-Baker didn't look anywhere near Larry's age.

Add to that the fact that Larry acted way older and more mature than a 24 year old normally would I believe.

Wow...that makes me feel old too. Larry was only 24!!!! That's impossible to beleive.

The way everything went on in that series, I always thought the characters were in their early-30s.

Mark Linn Baker's Birthday is June 17, 1954, which means he will be 49 in a few days.

Bronson Pinchot is 44

Melanie Wilson (Jennifer) will turn 42 in October, DOES ANYONE KNOW IF SHE IS STILL HOT???

Perfect Strangers debuted in March 1986 so Mark Linn Baker would have been 32 when it debuted.

I don't know how recent this is, but I found this promo photo for Melanie on eBay (it looks to be atleast the most recent)...

And while I'm at it, here's a very recent pic of Mark (sans "Toad" costume ;-)

That kind of surprised me as well, but it makes sense with respects to the premise of the show.

Larry Appleton was supposed to be a recent college graduate who was moving out on his own for the first time, when the show started.
