Booting original cast members...the students - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I feel that they should've kept the originals on the show. I am really getting into this show the more I watch it (and check out the boards on it). I think that they should've kept Jawaharlal (he's cute, in a slightly dorky sort of way), but I feel that he was probably axed because he didn't have a major plotline half the time. Maria seemed a cool part of the group, but I kind of felt the same thing with her...and from watching the earlier eps with her 80s hair, I felt that she had more attitude than Eric. She did seem to become more relaxed in her later years. Janice didn't bug me like she bugs others, but I heard Tannis Vallely was booted because she was growing too fast (and the producers wanted to slow down time).

From what I remember, the only new person that stood out to me was T.J. The rest of them didn't stand out to me at all, and the air of the show changed.

I vote for the original class as well. As for the teacher, both Mr. Moore and the Billy Connelly characters were great.

I put the originals, but I did like the last two seasons with the replacements. It brought new things to the show.

I voted for the original cast as well, but at least during the cast changes during the last two seasons, Simone was still there!
