I swear my mom and her best friend.. are the Lucy and Ethel. Always getting themselves into trouble. It's hilarious. Anyways, I like them both. They make a great match on the show just like Blair and Jo do on the Facts of Life

Yes, I really like Vivian, but not as much or more than Lucy. No one could ever hold a candle to Lucy as far as I'm concerned.

I think Vivian Vance was every bit as good as Lucy! Vivian's contribution to "Lucy's" success is often overlooked. Lucy's subsiquent sitcoms without Vivian faltered. Let's finally give Vivian some credit. Lucille Ball and Vivian Vance, are comedy legends and probably the greatest comedy team of all time.

I agree. No other female that Lucy worked with regularly (i.e. Mary Jane Croft) was ever as good as Viv. They worked off each other so well.
