oooooo me me i have a question Max. In sitcoms, how is there audience laughter when a scene is set outside? Does the whole audience just move outside or what?

Usually sitcoms use Laugh Tracks. And when they are filmed in front of a live studio audience, I believe the trees and rocks are stage props on the set; not real outdoors.
